Shipping Policy – 2BA

At 2BA, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2BA reserves the right to adjust processing times depending on demand and operational circumstances.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2BA may offer free shipping promotions, which can be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking information.

5. Delays & Responsibility

2BA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather conditions)

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • 2BA is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • Additional shipping costs for reshipment will be charged to the customer

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, 2BA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly in such cases.

8. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by 2BA.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not collected:

  • Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

10. Partial Shipments

2BA reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments if necessary, without additional cost to the customer.

11. Policy Updates

2BA reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
