Return & Refund Policy – 2BA

At 2BA, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, or odors

2BA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used products
  • Socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items (optional – kan je aanpassen)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@2ba.com (pas aan)
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval before sending the item

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • 2BA is not responsible for lost return shipments

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2BA reserves the right to partially refund or refuse a refund if the item does not meet return conditions.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or product:

  • Return the item first
  • Place a new order separately

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos as proof

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not collected:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
